I am a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner, born and raised in Lincoln, NE, with over 20 years of experience in human services and social work. My career spans diverse settings, including community-based mental health, nursing homes, and hospice care. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2019 from Nebraska Wesleyan University, followed by a Master's degree in Social Work in 2024 from the Grace Abbott School of Social Work at UNO.
I began my clinical practice in 2023 through an internship and have been practicing since. Throughout my journey, I discovered a deep passion for working with women, particularly those who feel disconnected from their authentic selves and struggle to embrace vulnerability. I enjoy supporting women who feel overwhelmed by the demands of daily life and the societal pressures that uniquely affect them.
Additionally, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for individuals with intellectual disabilities to explore their emotions, build coping strategies, and improve their relationships. I specialize in treating borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, thought disorders, life transitions, trauma, and relational dynamics.
